Information about the master’s programs and the specialized diploma available

at the International Rescue University

1. documents required to submit to participate in the trade-off (competition) registration:
2. An Interest form with a photograph.
3. A certified copy of the certificate of university leave.
4. A graduation notice for those who have not been issued a graduation decision, and the rate and assessment are recorded
5. A copy of the secondary school certificate.
6. A copy of the identity card or of a newly-registered person from the civil register
7. A cash receipt of US $ 5 / – the registration fee for participation
8. A written undertaking signed by the student indicating that he has already be familiar and knowledgeable of the conditions of the scholarships provided by the university .
9. Registration Requirements

In order for students to be enrolled in the diploma and master’s degrees, the student must provide the following:

1. An bachelor degree in the specified specialization or higher institute, and is Indicated within each branch or its equivalent
2. Submit an application, 4 personal photos and a zipper folder
3. The student shall be full time to study in the working days (Thursday and Friday) or (Friday and Saturday) of each week
4. The student is prepared to examine an interview, as required
5. Payment of annual administrative and educational fees.

• Students who apply for one of the programs and have a transcript showing their scores for graduate courses (postgraduate diploma, professional graduate diploma and specialization) are entitled to apply for differentiation and equivalent courses
• Study system:

The system in diploma and master programs is the credit hours system.  

1. Structure of the Master’s and Diploma Program:

• Master’s Program:

The Master’s program consists of two types: A and B followed by four semesters and the duration of each semester (16) weeks, as follows:  

1. The A types requires 4 semesters in which a number of compulsory courses are distributed, and their number varies according to the Specialization of the study.
2. The B type includes two semester courses, in which a specialized research plan is prepared and implemented, and optional courses related to the major of the specialization and to the research title.

1. Issues related to the Master:

• The university appoints a supervisor for the student to supervise the preparation of the research plan, and follow up its implementation until the discussion.
• The duration of the research is not less than one semester, and not more than one academic year.
• Discuss and defend the research message before a committee approved by the university.
• The student is loaded with a number of courses according to his chosen research, and the he can’ t obtain the master’s degree before completing the corresponding elective courses.

1. The diploma program:

  It consists of one level with two semesters, and the duration of each semester (16) weeks,

1. Tuitions and Scholarships:

1. Educational Fees: The annual fee is set at 1000 USD for each specialization.
2. Reregistration fees: The annual fee is set at 50 USD.
3. Scholarships: The University provides scholarships on tuition fees for all diploma and master’s programs, including the year allocated for the study, as specified in the basic declaration.

  Note: The student loses his / her scholarship if he / she fail to pass

• The date of commencement of the registration on the trade-off: 13 July 2018
• The expiry date of registration on the trade-off: 5 / August / 2018
• Study dates: (Thursday and Friday) or (Friday and Saturday) every week.
